Vacuum packaging at home has huge economic benefits and great quality.

Foods packed in vacuum are kept in the refrigerator for at least twice the recommended duration. If frozen the shelf life of the food is spectacular.

Fish in vacuum can be maintained in the freezer for two years instead of two months if you can not put in a vacuum, while red meat can remain in the freezer for up to five years provided they are packed in vacuum. When the air is removed from a package it is impossible by aerobic organisms to penetrate the food while the organisms are already inside the food do not find enough oxygen to grow.
